Larry Kayne joins The SALUS Group as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Program Manager, MMAST Support Services Contract

I am very pleased to introduce Larry Kayne as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for The SALUS Group and Deputy Program Manager (PM) for the MMAST Support Services Contract. As COO, Larry will lead our team into the future. He will be responsible for our current business strategy as well as the successful execution of our long-term growth plans to ensure that we continue to serve our customers in the best way possible.

Larry brings extensive insight and technical expertise in business operations including a proven and disciplined record of driving growth without losing site of the needs of the customer. Larry has over 30 years of experience in the Modeling and Simulation industry; for the last 14 years, with a primary focus in Healthcare Simulation. Most recently, he was the COO of SimSTAFF Technical Services, a Veteran Owned Small Business that focuses on the talent acquisition of highly skilled management, engineering and medical professionals for the DoD and commercial industries. Prior to that, Larry served as COO and then President of Engineering and Computer Simulations (ECS) Inc. in Orlando, FL, an advanced learning technology and medical simulation services company that specialized in immersive, live, and virtual training. ECS managed the AFMMAST and then MMAST Contract from 2013 to 2018. As Deputy PM, Larry will provide a new level of understanding and valuable experience managing the MMAST Program.
